UK Immigration Better

Apparently the system of immigration is a lot fitter than it was in Britain according to Lin Homer who is the head of the border and immigration agency. The UK need not relax just yet though as her rating of 6 out of 10 for UK immigration services was less than impressive. However, the deportation of over 17,000 foreign prisoners does make a dent on the backlog of 52,000 cases.

Foreign workers who wish to work in Britain may soon find things much easier if some red tape is removed such as employer’s having to try and conduct testing to see of roles could be more locally assigned.

A new points based system for immigration is to be introduced this year and the “tier two” restrictions could at last be lifted for good.
